The term WEBSITE refers to the iSafeRat® Online https://isaferat.kreatis.eu/ website and all pages related to the base URL.
The term USER refers to the person accessing the information or anyone who has subscribed to a licence or a pay-as-you-go.
The term PROVIDER refers to the service provided by KREATiS via iSafeRat Online.
Please read these user terms and conditions carefully. They set out the terms under which we provide our services to you. By accessing KREATiS and iSafeRat® Online services you agree to be bound by these user terms and conditions. By accessing, browsing or in any way transacting on the Website, or availing any services, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use.
iSafeRat® Online is an internet site provided by KREATiS enabling access to and the purchase of prediction models under the name of iSafeRat® and Mechanisms of Actions.
The contents on the Website including information, text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software code, design, and the collection, including without limitation, text, copy, audio, video, photographs, illustrations, graphics and other is the property of KREATiS. You shall not modify the content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the content in any way for any public or commercial purpose or for personal gain.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you implicitly agree not to attempt to decode, exploit or reverse engineer in totality or in part any of the iSafeRat algorithms.
If you were in a capacity to use the results of the prediction, you accept to mention the following: a) iSafeRat® Calculator v1.7 is an intellectual property of KREATIS. b) Any work reporting the results generated using this tool should include the following citation: iSafeRat® Online v2.1 for High Accuracy QSAR predictions by KREATiS SAS. https://isaferat.kreatis.eu/.
The details provided by you on registration are important and should be correct and complete. If we believe that you have provided false information we reserve the right to terminate your participation on iSafeRat®. This refusal also covers the purchase of the registrations with multiple users.
For the purposes of using the services and/or transacting with KREATiS and iSafeRat® through the Website, you are required to obtain registration, in accordance with the procedure established by Kreatis in this regard. As part of the registration process, KREATiS via iSafeRat® Online may collect the following personal information from you:

You agree and acknowledge that you will (i) create only 1 (one) account; (ii) provide accurate, truthful, current and complete information when creating your account and in all your dealings through the Website; (iii) maintain and promptly update your account information; (iv) maintain the security of your account by not sharing your password with others and restricting access to your account and your computer; (v) promptly notify KREATiS if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches relating to the Website; and (vi) take responsibility for all the activities that occur under your account and accept all risk of unauthorized access.
A registered Licence (Classic) as part of the Licence options can only be utilized by the person whose details have been provided and KREATiS, iSafeRat® Online does not permit multiple persons to share a single log in / Licence when purchased under the term ‘Classic’. The Annual Licence (multi-user) allows up to 5 (five) users per licence. KREATiS reserves the right to request the names and surnames of the listed users at the beginning of the contract. These persons are not interchangeable unless requested in writing by the company due to the person leaving the company or other reasons beyond their control. In this case, KREATiS will examine the possibility of replacing one person by another. This will be on a case by case basis.
We will respect your personal information and will only use that information in accordance with the terms set out in our Privacy policy and in a manner that is consistent with the preferences set out by you on Registration as amended by you from time to time under "User information & preferences". In addition, we undertake to comply European Data Protection legislation.
We agree to ensure as far as possible to maintain the iSafeRat® Online service in fully operational condition. However, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case and we do not accept responsibility for any defects that may exist, or for any costs, loss of profits, loss of data, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to access this service. Despite our best efforts to provide the most accurate QSAR models in existence, we cannot be held responsible in case a result is found to be inaccurate. We exclude any liability (including liability for negligence) for the accuracy, suitability, quality or completeness of any information or material of any information provided on the site for the users convenience which has been generated from another site”
We reserve the right at any time and without any notice or explanation to modify or discontinue the iSafeRat® Online site service temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to you.
We will do our utmost to maintain confidentiality. Nevertheless, we cannot be held responsible if, for reasons beyond our control, information distributed without your consent.
You agree that you will only use iSafeRat® Online in a manner that is consistent with these user terms and conditions and in such a way as to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will mention where appropriate in any presentation or scientific paper that you obtained the data from iSafeRat® Online (also citing the following article when referring to the Mechanism of Action prediction: Bauer, F.J., Thomas, P.C., Fouchard, S.Y., and Neunlist, S.J.M. (2018). A new classification algorithm based on mechanisms of action. Comput. Toxicol. 5, 8–15.) Where applicable, you are responsible for maintaining the full and total confidentiality of your username and password chosen by you on registration. As a result, you are fully responsible for all activities which occur under them. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use to which you become aware.
All Mechanisms of Action that are generated or QSAR Predictions that are purchased from the iSafeRat® Online website are to be referenced if used in publications.
These user conditions may be amended from time to time. If we do amend them, the new terms and conditions will be available on the iSafeRat® Online website. Any notice sent to us should be sent by email to contact@kreatis.eu unless otherwise provided in these user terms and conditions.
Our agreement with you, set out in these user terms and conditions is governed by French law and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the French Courts.
