Training course on in silico tools to students of the Master’s 2 Degree TES from the University of Paris City

👉 On 7th November 2022, Carole CHARMEAU gave a half-day training course on in silico tools to #students of the Master’s 2 Degree TES (#Toxicology, #Environment, #Health) from the University of Paris City.

👉The topic was a practical introduction to in silico tools with a specific training course on the OECD QSAR Toolbox using skin sensitisation and repeated dose toxicity as endpoint examples. 

👉This followed up from the course given by Franklin Bauer to understand and learn how to use in silico techniques such as #QSARs, structural alerts and Read-Across.

Thanks to Armelle BAEZA, in charge of this Master’s Degree who organised this practical course with 30 students all of whom were equipped with a PC
